Yu Gi Oh Power Of Chaos Legend Reborn Best Deck
Updated January 3rd, 2020 by Johnny Garcia: The game of Yu-Gi-Oh! is constantly evolving. From rule changes to tons of new cards being added every month with the release of new sets, modern-day Yu-Gi-Oh! looks nothing like how it used to. Spell cards, in particular, have become even more powerful, now arguably the best kind of card in the game. While Traps have gotten progressively worse with time, Spells have only gotten better as more powerful Spells enter into the metagame. Some Spell cards even have the effects of cards that were previously banned, and are perfectly okay in today's metagame. New Sets like Phantom Rage and Genesis Impact continue to release amazing new cards for Archetypes new and old.

Both of these effects are similar to cards that are both Limited, those being Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster. Having access to these two powerful effects at the start of your turn is incredible, and Lightning Storm quickly became one of the best going second cards in the game.
That Structure Deck was the beginning of Chaos Dragon, and Future Fusion only made the deck that much more powerful. It spent years on the banlist, because no-one thought creating free resources by dumping Monsters into the Graveyard while also getting a free Monster Summon was very fair. Future Fusion returned to the game after an errata that severely nerfed its effect, not taking place until the next Standby Phase after it was activated.
Seto Kaiba and his Blue-Eyes White Dragon remain extremely powerful figures in Yu-Gi-Oh! history, and the sheer destructive potential of this monster is easily utilized in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. At its core, this deck relies on the steady accessibility of Blue-Eyes monsters with the right summoning materials, allowing players to dish out star cards as early as the first turn.
Whereas Kaiba and his Blue-Eyes White Dragon card against Yugi and his Dark Magician serves as perhaps the most iconic rivalry in Yu-Gi-Oh! fandom, Joey Wheeler and his Red-Eyes Black Dragon come as a close second in terms of nasty powersets, both in the anime and in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel meta. While the Blue-Eyes symbolize sheer power, the Red-Eyes deck mark everlasting potential, and this is what this deck does.
While a decently powerful Blue Eyes deck can be acquired almost instantly after finishing the tutorial, there are still far more powerful ones that make the most of rarer cards. You may want to choose Power of the Dragon as your YuGiOh Master Duel starter deck anyway to get a head start on the cards you will need, but many of these will need to be crafted or found in packs.
These cards will allow you to build an extremely powerful Blue Eyes deck that can compete very effectively in ranked mode. The monster cards can deal heavy damage, and the spell cards are geared toward special summoning and drawing even more dragon cards in your turns. If you can successfully combine these cards, you will be able to field a strong board for Fusion summoning your more powerful dragon cards from the Extra Deck.
Individual Yu-Gi-Oh cards provide you, the duelist, with the building blocks you need to start building your collection or craft a starter deck that can be used in matches and tournaments with other players. These single cards vary greatly in rarity, which is important because rarer ones can be more powerful in battle. By selecting individual monsters, spells, or traps, you can have complete say over which ones you obtain and how you use them to send your opponent to the Shadow Realm.
Once Blue-Eyes is out, you want to keep it on the field for as long as possible. Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring is a powerful control card that is featured in nearly every modern Yu-Gi-Oh! deck, so make use of it. Having The White Stone of Ancients in your graveyard functionally gives you a Monster Reborn for Blue-Eyes only, so getting it sent there early will yield high value.
Burst Stream Of Destruction and Raigeki are powerful monster removal cards that can help you if your opponent manages to get something stronger than your Blue-Eyes on the field. The Ultimate Creature Of Destruction is a powerful anti-trap support for your Blue-Eyes that can be pulled from your graveyard whenever you special summon a Blue-Eyes. This deck makes use of very few spell and trap cards, but the ones it does use go a long way.
